Your Jabra Enhance My Account is your hub for managing everything related to your account. From this portal, you can:
- Browse video tutorials and access the Get Started guide for your hearing aid model
- Schedule and manage appointments
- View your order details and track your order
- See your devices and which services you are eligible for, depending on your purchase
- Check when your trial end date
- Download your order receipt
- Update your account information such as your name, email or shipping address
- View your hearing profile
How to access your account:
- Visit the sign-In page: Go to the My Account page on the Jabra Enhance website (found in the site footer).
- Enter your account credentials: use the email and password associated with your purchase or created during activation, if you bought from a retail partner.
- Access your account: Click the Sign In button, and you’re all set!
Forgot your password? Don’t worry! You can easily reset it and create a new one.
