1. The easiest (and quickest) way to reach them is to reply directly to any email they sent to you. They'll take a look and get back to you as soon as they can.
2. Schedule a video appointment on our website. Or, open the Jabra Enhance Select app, tap on the Care tab, and then Book video appointment. 
3. Or, send a message to our Audiology Team by opening the app, tapping the Care tab, then Request a professional adjustment. Answer a few questions and then submit. Our team will review your request and reply as soon as they can.

How to reschedule or cancel an appointment

Life happens! That's why we make it easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment on your own within the app. No need to call or email us. Simply:

1. Open the Jabra Enhance Select app  
2. Go to the Care tab    
3. Select “Modify Appointment”  
4. Then choose either “Reschedule” and find a new date or “Cancel.”

You can also modify your appointment via My Account or via the Appointment confirmation email you received in your inbox.
