Pairing your hearing aids to the TV Streamer+
Step 1: Connecting your TV Streamer+ to your TV
- Plug your TV Streamer+ into a power source using the USB-A to USB-C cable. The USB-A plug can go into your TV's USB-A socket or another suitable power source, and the USB-C plug goes into the TV Streamer+.
- When your TV Streamer+ has power, you’ll see a white LED on the back of the device.
- Next, choose which audio cable you’d like to use to connect your TV Streamer+ to your TV. You have an analog or a digital option. Your TV may have both options available or might just have one - it depends on the model and make of your TV. Analog audio cable: Insert the 2-into-1 audio plugs into the left and right audio sockets on your TV, and the other end into the TV Streamer+. Digital (optical) audio cable: Remove the covers from both ends of the cable. Insert the square plug into your TV's “digital audio out” socket and the round plug into the TV Streamer+
Step 2: Pairing your hearing aids to the TV Streamer+
- Place your hearing aids within two inches of the TV Streamer+.
- Press the pairing button on top of the TV Streamer+ once. The green LED on the front of the TV Streamer+ will flash in short intervals while it searches for your 1st hearing aid. The TV Streamer+ will continue to flash green for up to 12 seconds while it searches for your 1st hearing aid.
- Once it finds your 1st hearing aid, the TV Streamer+ will show a solid green light for three seconds.
- Once your 1st hearing aid is paired, the TV Streamer+ will automatically start flashing green again while it searches for your 2nd hearing aid. You’ll see a solid green light for 3 seconds when the 2nd hearing aid is paired. Flashing will then continue for another 15 seconds as the TV Streamer+ searches for more compatible devices. If no other compatible devices are found, the TV Streamer+ will stop searching.

Fun Fact: The TV Streamer+ can connect to an unlimited number of compatible audio devices. That means our compatible Jabra Enhance hearing aids, but in the near future, it will also be able to connect to other devices that support Auracast™. Be on the lookout for new features coming soon!
And that’s it - once your hearing aids are paired, you can start to use your TV Streamer+. Start by watching your favorite show or movie to hear it clearly in your hearing aids.
