The Multi Mic+ is the most versatile accessory we offer.
- Having dinner with a friend? Ask them to clip on this tiny mic. You’ll hear their voice directly in your hearing aids over any restaurant noise.
- Work remotely and have lots of meetings? Plug the Multi Mic+ directly into your laptop to hear the meeting audio streamed to your hearing aids.
- Or, bring it with you to any telecoil-equipped venue, like your local theater or church, to hear the audio from that venue broadcast directly in your hearing aids.
Now that you know where and how you can use it, let’s unbox it and make sure it’s connected to your hearing aids.
Getting to know your Multi-Mic

What’s in the box:

Pairing your hearing aids to the Multi Mic+
- Take your hearing aids off of your ears and put them within two inches of the Multi Mic+.
- Using the blue pairing tool or a pen, press the pairing button on the back of the Multi Mic+ once. The LED on the top of the Multi Mic+ will flash blue for up to 12 seconds while searching for your 1st hearing aid.
- Once it finds your 1st hearing aid, the Multi Mic+ will show a solid blue indicator for three seconds and will then automatically start flashing blue again while it searches for your 2nd hearing aid. You’ll see another solid blue indicator for 3 seconds after the 2nd hearing aid is paired.
- Blue flashing will continue for another 15 seconds as the Multi Mic+ searches for more compatible hearing aids. If there are no more devices detected, the blue flashing will stop, and the Multi Mic+ will begin blinking a slow green.
Fun Fact: The Multi Mic+ can connect to an unlimited number of compatible audio devices. That means our compatible Jabra Enhance hearing aids, but in the near future, it will also be able to connect to other devices that support Auracast™. Be on the lookout for new features coming soon!
And that’s it - once your hearing aids are paired, you can start to use your Multi Mic+. Start by asking someone to clip it on and talk to you. You’ll hear their voice clearly and crisply even if they start to walk away. Or, use the provided audio jack to plug your Multi Mic+ into an audio source like your laptop and play a song or video. You’ll hear it directly in your hearing aids.
