Within 2 hours of placing your order
You can request changes to your shipping method or delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order.
If you need to make an update, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist before your order begins processing.
After 2 hours
Once the 2-hour window has passed, we’re no longer able to update the shipping method or delivery address. At that point, your order is already being processed for shipment.
If your order has already shipped
All orders must be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If needed, you still have a couple of options:
- Refuse delivery when the package arrives so it is returned to us

Complete a return after delivery so you can place a new order with the correct information
Address errors or typos
If there is an issue with the address you entered (such as a typo or missing information), our system may flag it before shipment. If that happens, our team will reach out to you directly to confirm and correct the details before your order is sent out.
