If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, here's what we recommend:

1. Wait up to 48 hours  
   Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. In many cases, the package will appear within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
    
2. Check around your property
   Carriers may leave packages in less visible locations to keep them safe. Check areas such as:  
   1. By your garage 
   2. At side or back entrances 
   3. Around porches or mail areas
       
3. Check with neighbors or household members.  
   Occasionally a package may be delivered to a nearby neighbor or accepted by someone else at your address.
    
4. Contact us if it still hasn’t arrived 
   If 48 hours have passed since the delivery notification and you still can’t locate your package, please contact our support team. We’ll review the situation and help determine the next steps.
