Your 32-digit activation code is printed on a yellow card inside your hearing aid box.

Can't find your yellow card or getting an error message that says your activation code isn't valid?

No worries! We can help you get back on track.

Email us at support@jabraenhance.com with:

• Your email address: The one you'd like to use for your Jabra Enhance account.
• Your box serial number: Found on your original hearing aid box or on the bottom of the hearing aid charger. See below for reference.

Once we receive your email, we'll email you back with your activation code and instructions for getting started. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Support Team. 

Ready to activate?

If you have your yellow card, you can activate your hearing aids right away in two ways:

• Scan the QR code on the card with your mobile device's camera. Your activation code will then be entered automatically.
• Enter the code manually at JabraEnhance.com/activate.
