We get it! Once you meet your licensed hearing professional and they are familiar with you and your needs, it's hard to think about seeing someone else. Fear not! All of our providers are wonderful, and you're in good hands no matter who you see. But, if you'd like to schedule with someone specific, you've got options.

Contact them by email

If you've already had an appointment with someone and would like to see them again, that provider has almost always sent you a review email after your appointment. If so, reply directly to that email letting them know you'd like to schedule with them. They'll reply as soon as they can.

Give us a call at 800-854-2772 and let us know who you'd like to book with - we'll get you on their schedule. 
 

If you decide that you'd like to book with the first available provider instead, you can do so straight from the Jabra Enhance Select app. Just tap on the Care tab then Book video appointment. Or, sign in to your account on our website and book from there. Either way, you'll see a list of upcoming availability and can choose what works best. Happy scheduling!
