Getting started: What's in the box?

Let’s get into it piece by piece.

Hearing aids

These are the devices that are going to help you hear better and where the magic happens, but please note the picture above is of our Enhance Select 700 model. Yours may differ slightly depending on the model you purchased.

Dome styles & sizes

All of our hearing aids are shipped with a variety of domes since no two ears are the same. We include:

  • 10 tulip domes
  • 30 closed domes (10 each of S, M, L)
  • 30 open domes (10 each of S, M, L)

Learn more about how to find the right dome for you.

Cleaning brush & cloth

You’ll use both of these items when you clean your hearing aids. Learn more about how and when to clean your hearing aids.

Charging case

You’ll use this case to charge your hearing aids. The image above shows our premium Charging Case, but keep in mind that the case may vary slightly depending on the hearing aid model you purchased. Learn more and find your charging case user guide.

Ear measurement tool

Your hearing aids are sent with the most common receiver wire length, but it’s possible you may need a different receiver wire length if you’re running into issues with your hearing aids not staying put or feeling uncomfortable. If that’s the case, you’ll use this tool to determine the wire length you need. Learn more about that process.

Receiver tool

If you do need to swap to a different receiver, you can use this tool (or your fingernail) to remove the receiver wire that’s currently on your hearing aid. Learn more

Wax guards

These tiny guards have the big job of protecting your hearing aid from the wax that sits inside your ear canal. You’ll replace the wax guard on each hearing aid whenever you complete your monthly deep cleans or sooner if you run into sound quality issues. Learn how to replace your wax guards.

Microphone filters

Similar to your wax guards, your microphone filters protect the two microphones on each hearing aid from plugging up with dirt or debris. You’ll replace your microphone filters during your monthly deep cleans. Learn how to replace your mic filters.

AC adapter

This plugs into a wall outlet and with the power cord, powers your Charging Case.

USB-C power cord

You’ll plug one end into the AC adapter, and the other end into your Charging Case.

Sport locks

Are not just for sports! These little “tails” as they are often called, slip onto the end of your receiver wires and provide extra retention so that your hearing aids stay in place. Some people put them on and never take them off. Others don’t use them at all. We leave it up to you, but they are wonderful for providing peace of mind and do a great job of keeping your hearing aids in place securely. Learn how to attach them.
