If your purchase includes audiology services, you have a team of licensed professionals to support you on your journey to better hearing. Let’s review what our team can do for you, how to reach them, and reasons you may want to reach out.

 

Video Orientation (30-minute appointment via Zoom)

This is a meeting you won’t want to miss! We recommend scheduling your video Orientation as soon as you purchase your hearing aids, but keep in mind that you'll need them on hand, paired to the app, and have tried them out prior to your Orientation. During this valuable meeting, you’ll have an opportunity to get all of your questions answered and we’ll make sure the hearing aids are personalized for your needs and are fitting correctly. We’ll discuss your listening goals so that you can check on your progress as you use the hearing aids, and your licensed professional will cover your hearing health history and go over any hearing tests on file.

How to schedule your video Orientation: 
You can schedule by logging into your account on our website or by going to the “Care” tab in your Jabra Enhance Select app.

 

Video Check-in (30-minute appointment via Zoom)

A check-in appointment is just that - a way to catch up with our Audiology Team about your hearing aids, your hearing, the app, an accessory, your sound quality, or anything else you’d like to chat about. Our Audiology Team is here to help with whatever you need. Here are just some of the common topics discussed during check-ins.   

  • Tinnitus counseling and management 
  • Comfort & fit 
  • Reviewing an updated online hearing test or audiogram  
  • Updating your programming for a new test 
  • Assessing how well the hearing aids are working for you 
  • Troubleshooting an issue 
  • Fine-tuning your sound quality for a certain listening situation 
  • Discussing accessories like the TV Streamer+ or the Multi Mic+

Professional Adjustments

Don’t need to meet with your licensed professional but need a little adjustment to your sound quality? 
Our team can do that too. Open up your Jabra Enhance Select app, tap the “Care” tab, and then “Request a professional adjustment”. You’ll answer a few questions about what you’re experiencing and then submit your request. Or, reply to any of the emails your licensed professional sent you to let them know what you’re experiencing. They’ll review your request and reach back out with their recommendations or updated programming for you to install.
