How to reschedule or cancel an appointment

Things in life happen. We make it as easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment on your own. All done entirely within our app. No need to call or email us.   

1. Open the Jabra Enhance Select app.  
2. Go to the Care section of the app.   
3. Select “Modify Appointment”  
4.  Then choose either “Reschedule” and find a new date or “Cancel.”

You can also do it via My Account or via the Appointment confirmation email you received in your inbox.
