How to get personalized programming if you have access to audiology services

Everyone’s hearing loss is different. That’s why we make it easy to customize your hearing aids. Anyone can do it on their own through the Jabra Enhance Select app: the power’s in your hands! But for those with Hearing Care* from our Audiology Team, our licensed hearing professionals will make the adjustments for you better than you could on your own. This isn’t just about convenience. It’s about our Audiology Team being able to apply their professional expertise, and use proprietary software and powerful tools to customize your hearing aids more than you could do yourself.

 

How it works?

Orientation is the easiest and best place for adjustments to happen. In a one-on-one video chat, we’ll ask about your goals but also dig deeper into your specific hearing loss and make changes remotely to the device on the fly. This is why Orientation is so important.   

If you purchased your hearing aids directly from us or from one of our health partners, your hearing aids will arrive already programmed for your specific hearing loss based on your online hearing test or audiogram. Orientation, our first video-chat, is when you and someone from our Audiology Team can make further adjustments and refinements.   

To see if your hearing aids were shipped programmed already, check the shipping email in your personal email inbox.

Please note: There are some instances when hearing aids will not arrive pre-programmed. This is usually because our Audiology Team evaluated your hearing test results and would prefer to speak to you directly before applying programming adjustments. Or they didn't received a hearing test or audiogram from you. 
 

You don't have to wait till Orientation

But you don’t have to wait for Orientation. Just request a remote adjustment (look for it on the Care Team tab on the Jabra Enhance Select app).
