How to get personalized programming if you have access to audiology services

Everyone’s hearing loss is different. That’s why we make it easy to customize your hearing aids. Anyone can do it on their own through the Jabra Enhance Select app - the power is in your hands! But, if your purchase includes access to our Audiology Team, our licensed hearing professionals can make the adjustments for you using their professional expertise, proprietary software, and precise sound-shaping tools for individual listening situations.

 

How it works

It all starts with your video Orientation. During this one-on-one video chat, your provider will ask about your goals and dig deeper into your specific hearing loss to make changes to your programming.

If you purchased your hearing aids directly from us or from one of our health partners and took our online hearing test or submitted an audiogram, your hearing aids will arrive already programmed for your specific hearing loss. But, during your Orientation, your provider can make more fine-tuned adjustments based on your needs and experience using your hearing aids so far. It's helpful if you've already logged some hours wearing your hearing aids prior to the Orientation for this reason.

Please note: There are some instances when hearing aids will not arrive pre-programmed. This is usually because our Audiology Team evaluated your hearing test results and would prefer to speak to you directly before applying programming adjustments. Or, they didn't received a hearing test or audiogram from you. 
 

You don't have to wait for the Orientation

If you'd like professional adjustments prior to your Orientation, head to the Care tab in your Jabra Enhance Select app, then Request a professional adjustment. Our Audiology Team will review your request and get back to you as soon as they can.
