How to charge your hearing aids and charging case

How to charge your hearing aids

Make sure your charging case is either plugged into a wall outlet or is already charged, then place your hearing aids in their corresponding charging slots. Red = right hearing aid. Blue = left hearing aid. Your hearing aids will start to charge once they're fully inserted. The hearing aid lights will blink while charging and will be solid when fully charged. It takes about 3 hours to charge completely, and a full charge gives you about 24 hours of sound. The five LEDs on the front of your case show the battery level of the hearing aids when you place them in the charging slots. After 10 seconds, these lights will turn off as your hearing aids continue to charge.

Pro tip: You can still wear your hearing aids even if they aren't fully charged. Most folks charge their hearing aids at night while they sleep - just like your phone.

How to charge your charging case

Plug the power adaptor into a wall outlet, then connect the cable to the charging case. Keep in mind, you can charge your case and hearing aids at the same time. Your case can hold 3 full charges, and the 3 LEDs on the back show how many charges your case currently has. A full 3-hour charge = 24 hours of sound.

Remove them from the case to turn them on

Ready to start wearing them? Simply remove them from the case. They will turn on automatically once removed. Keep this in mind whenever you're asked to “Restart” your hearing aids. You can restart with the charging case simply by putting them in the case, checking that both hearing aid lights are on, then removing them. Or, you can restart manually by holding down the hearing aid push buttons for 5 seconds, releasing, and then holding down for 5 seconds again.
