Step 1:
Open your kit and learn a bit about your devices
Take a moment to simply identify the different parts of your hearing aids before connecting them to our app or putting them on your ears. This info will help you complete each step successfully.
Your Enhance Select kit includes everything you need to charge, wear, and clean your hearing aids such as extra domes, mic filters, a cleaning cloth, and a brush.

Step 2:
Charge your hearing aids and Charging Case
Your hearing aids and case need to be charged before you connect your hearing aids to the Jabra Enhance Select app.
Your Charging Case arrives in what's called “shipping mode" - this just means you'll need to plug your Charging Case into wall power to wake it up. We recommend charging both your case and your hearing aids for 3 hours to charge them completely. Fully charged hearing aids provide up to 24 hours of sound, and a fully charged case can provide up to 3 additional full charges. Most of our customers charge their hearing aids at night so they’re ready for the next day.

Download the Jabra Enhance Select app and connect your hearing aids
The Jabra Enhance Select app is like an Audiology Team in your pocket. It's how you'll personalize and adjust your sound, get expert support, and find answers to your questions. With the resources below, connecting is simple. The app also guides you along the way.

Be sure to download the Jabra Enhance Select app. Jabra offers several hearing aid apps, but the Enhance Select app gives you access to our FDA-cleared self-fitting test so you can apply programming to match your unique hearing needs.
Step 4:
Take the self-tuning test to personalize your programming
Once your hearing aids are connected, make them yours by following the prompts to take the self-tuning test. If your purchase includes access to audiology services, you'll also see an option to upload an audiogram here. Pro tip: If you missed the prompts to take the self-tuning test, you can always find the test in the app by going to your Hear tab > Settings > Self-tune.
Note: Our FDA-cleared self-fitting test is only available for our customers using self-fitting hearing aids. At this time, that is anyone using Enhance Select M Series hearing aids. Not an M Series customer? Check out our other articles about how to personalize your sound.

Step 5:
Find the right domes for you and start to wear your hearing aids
Once you've completed the self-tuning test and applied your tuning, you can start wearing and benefitting from your hearing aids! It can take a little time to get used to the crispness of new sounds so be patient with your ears and brain as they adjust. And keep in mind, the dome type and size play a big role in sound quality and physical comfort. Use the resources below to learn about your dome options.
